2. What is the return or refund policy?


You can find our full refund & return policy on the site (via “Refund policy”). Generally, if a product is defective or damaged in transit, you can request a replacement or refund within a stipulated time. Please provide photos/videos and order details when contacting support.

3. What payment methods are accepted?


We accept standard online payment options (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets) as supported by our Shopify checkout system.

4. How long does shipping / delivery take?


Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days (depending on location) after the order is processed. For remote or rural areas, it may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
